LAST TIME OUT

RMU earned another point in the Horizon League standings last Sunday when they battled IUPUI to a 0-0 draw at the North Athletic Complex.

TEAM LEADERS

Haleigh Finale remains the RMU scoring leader with 16 points (5G, 6A). She continues to pace RMU in all three major offensive categories, while Kayla Veloso-Lima and Kaoru Hayashi are tied for second with three goals each.

In goal, Courtney Worstell and Isabella Bohlen have split duty this season, with Bohlen the owner of a 3-4-3 record. She posted her second clean sheet of the season last week against IUPUI.

STATS TO KNOW

Robert Morris has kept opposing goalkeepers under fire for much of the 2021 campaign, currently ranking second in the Horizon League in total shots at 246 and second in shots per game at 14.47  behind only Milwaukee. As a squad, RMU has out shot their opponents in eleven of seventeen games in 2021.

Finale remains one of the most productive players in the league heading into the final two games of the regular season. The sophomore ranks near the top of the league in nearly every major offensive category including first in shots per-game (3.41), T-5th in goals (five), T-3rd in assists (six) and sixth in total points (16).

Kaoru Hayashi is currently fifth overall in assists with four on the year.

SCOUTING THE VIKINGS

The Vikings are riding a two-game unbeaten streak following a draw against Youngstown State and a 1-0 win over UIC the week prior and are looking to give themselves some breathing room in the HL standings as they cling to seventh place with 10 points.

Picked to finish sixth in the Horizon League preseason poll, the Vikings have struggled to finish at times throughout the year with just five goals in nine league games.

Grace Krosky and Maddie Young are currently pacing CSU in goals with two each.
