LAST TIME OUT
The Colonials dropped a 2-0 showdown at Cleveland State last Saturday in their final road game of the regular season.
SENIOR DAY
Wednesday's game will also be Senior Day as the Colonials honor the careers of Courtney Hurey, Devan Noll and Jordan Rosengrant with a special pregame ceremony at the North Athletic Complex.
TEAM LEADERS
With one game remaining, Haleigh Finale remains the RMU scoring leader with 16 points (5G, 6A), still pacing RMU in all three major offensive categories, while Kaoru Hayashi sits in second with four goals and ten points.
In goal, Courtney Worstell and Isabella Bohlen have split duty this season, with Bohlen the owner of a 4-5-3 record. She posted her second clean sheet earlier this season against IUPUI.
STATS TO KNOW
Robert Morris has kept opposing goalkeepers under fire for much of the 2021 campaign, currently ranking second in the Horizon League in total shots at 257 and second in shots per game at 14.28 behind only Milwaukee. As a squad, RMU has out shot their opponents in eleven of eighteen games in 2021.
Finale remains one of the most productive players in the league heading into the final game of the regular season. The sophomore ranks near the top of the league in nearly every major offensive category including first in shots per-game (3.33), T-5th in goals (five), T-3rd in assists (six) and sixth in total points (16).
Kaoru Hayashi is currently fifth overall in assists with four on the year.
SCOUTING THE PENGUINS
At 2-4-4 in conference play, Youngstown State is currently in the midst of a three-game winless streak after losses to IUPUI and Purdue Fort-Wayne as well as a scoreless draw at Cleveland State.
Though YSU has not scored in over 270 minutes of action dating back to their last win on October 10, they still boast an offense capable of doing damage as the trio of Regan LaVigna, Abriana Rondin and Marcella Sizer have all scored multiple times this season.
RMU has not beaten YSU at home since August of the 2008 campaign when they took down the Penguins 2-0.
