- Amongst their new Horizon League foes, the Colonials have never faced Detroit Mercy before, though they did face off against the Titans in pre-season play a year ago. Youngstown State has been a familiar opponent for RMU as the two squads have squared off 38 times overall and at least once in each of the previous nine seasons.
SCOUTING THE TITANS
Detroit Mercy sits at 1-4-1 on the season and is in the midst of a five-game winless streak, going 0-4-1 since earning their lone win of the year over Youngstown State back on February 10.
The Titans have scored just four goals this season and have conceded 12. Freshman forward Erica Toupin is one of four Titans with a goal, and she leads the squad in points with three.
