Moon Township, Pa. – The Robert Morris University men's lacrosse team has announced an addition to its 2021 schedule as it will now play Drexel on the road on Saturday, March 27. The game will feature a 4:00 p.m. opening faceoff.
This will be the ninth all-time meeting between the Colonials and Dragons, and the second consecutive year they have clashed in Philadelphia. Drexel owns a 7-1 lead in the all-time series, and most recently defeated RMU, 24-12, on Feb. 25, 2020.

Robert Morris carries a 3-4 overall record into this matchup, most recently going swing for swing with No. 9 Virginia last Saturday before ultimately falling, 14-12. Prior to that, the Colonials strung together consecutive wins against Bellarmine, 17-8, and at Air Force, 14-13.
This will be the 10th contest away from Moon Township that RMU will play in the 2021 regular season, as it is currently set to travel to Bucknell (April 16), Utah (May 1), and Rock Hill, S.C. for the Crown Lacrosse Classic against Jacksonville (April 3) following this weekend. The Colonials' lone home game during that stretch is a Saturday, April 10 meeting with fellow independent Cleveland State.
