History w/ Marquette
Overall: 2-3 | Home: 0-2 | Away: 2-1 | Neutral: 0-0
Robert Morris and Marquette have faced-off in five of the last six season, taking a hiatus in 2021. In the last meeting between the two teams, alumni Brad McCulley called the game with four seconds remaining to propel Bobby Mo to an 11-10 win.

Returning midfielders Jake Boudreau and Elliot Holden each tallied three points in the victory.

Scouting the Golden Eagles
Andrew Stimmel enters his 3rd season at the helm for Marquette, putting together at 9-16 record in that time.

Redshirt sophomores Devon Cowan and Mason Woodward were named to the All-BIG EAST Preseason Team prior to the start of the season.
Freshman Bobby O'Grady leads the team's offense with 17 goals, while Woodward has shown his dominance of the backend, racking up 27 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers.

Redshirt freshman Michael Allieri has started all six games for the Golden Eagles, collecting 61 saves and a 10.27 GAA.
Marquette was chosen to finish fourth in the BIG-EAST. Going 2-4 so far this season, the Golden Eagles most recently fell 11-10 in double-overtime to the Colonial's next opponent, Drexel.

Let's Review
The Colonials just completed a stretch of three games in six days, going 2-1 in that time. Most recently, RMU fell in a late-game heartbreaker to SoCon rival, High Point.

Over the course of three games, Corson Kealey led RMU with 14 points. Freshman goalkeeper Nate Randall put on a clinic against Canisius, tallying 11 saves and earning him 26 saves over the span, while Bo Columbus went 43-67 at the draw and collected 20 ground balls.

Among the Best

With hat tricks in five of the six games played this season, Taggart Clark ranks 8th in the nation in goals per game. Kealey sits at 24th with an average of three goals per game.

Bo Columbus ranks 32nd in the nation in face-off win percentage, getting the ball 55% on the time on the draw.

Home, Sweet Home
Saturday's matchup with Marquette marks the third game of a four-game home set for the Colonials, with Drexel still in the queue for RMU. The last time RMU hosted four-consecutive home games was in 2013 when they welcomed Bellarmine, UMBC, Detroit Mercy and Drexel to Joe Walton Stadium.

Welcome Back
Graduate students Jake Boudreau and Corson Kealey were both selected in last September's 2021 National Lacrosse League (NLL) Entry Draft. Boudreau was selected seventh overall to the Saskatchewan Rush, making him RMU's sixth first-round selection in five years, while Kealey was selected by the Rochester Knighthawks in the second-round. However, both Boudreau and Kealey both chose to return to Robert Morris to fulfill their final year of eligibility.

ASUN
2022 will serve as the inaugural year for the Colonials in the ASUN Conference. RMU previously competed in the NEC, where they saw success in the form of three conference championships and back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances. After playing unattached in 2021, the Colonials joined the ASUN. RMU was chosen to finish third in the preseason polls with Corson Kealey being named the 2022 ASUN Preseason Player of the Year, Jake Boudreau being selected as the 2022 ASUN Preseason Midfielder of the Year, and both earning a spot on the 2022 ASUN Preseason All-Conference Team, along with senior Owen Down on defense.

Next Up
Robert Morris will conclude its four-game homestretch on March 26th when Drexel travels to Moon Township. Game time is set for 1 p.m. at Joe Walton Stadium.
