Opening Kick-Off
- The Robert Morris University men's soccer program will return home to play their last game of the regular season on Wednesday, November 1 at 2:00 p.m when they host Cleveland State.
- Last time out, the Colonials came out strong as Kai McLoughlin recorded his fourth goal of the season but fell to the hosting Detroit Mercy Titans, 3-1.
- Previously, the Colonials came up short against Oakland at North Athletic Complex, 1-0. RMU dominated the match as they outshot the visiting Bears 17-6 but couldn't get one to the back of the net.
- Before that, RMU traveled south to play against #4 Wake Forest in non-conference action but took the loss, 5-1. Kai McLoughlin scored the lone goal for the Colonials in the match.
- Anass Hadran and Gabe Norris both lead the team in points as Hadran has three goals and three assists with Norris having four goals and one assist.
- Norris also owns the most goals on the RMU roster with four.
- Captain Gabe Norris was named to the #HLMSOC All-Academic team earlier today.
- Currently, the Colonials are ranked eighth in the Horizon League.

The All-Time Series (Cleveland State) – Overall, RMU is 2-8 all-time against the Vikings. The first game came back in 2006, was at Cleveland State where the Colonials fell short 4-0. In 2011, RMU picked up their first win against the opposing program. Playing on the road, the Colonials won in a thrilling overtime game as Miro Cabilla ended the match in the 96th minute. The Colonials haven't had good fortune as of late with no victories in the past six matches against the Vikings.

Scouting the Vikings – Cleveland State has posted a 0-1-2 overall record in their past three games. They tied Purdue Fort Wayne, 2-2 and then lost at Michigan, 3-2. Last game they played their final home match, tying Wright State, 1-1. Senior Pablo Kawecki is the program's leading point scorer with eight goals and three assists totaling 19 points. Marko Rimac is second on the team with four goals on the season. In goal, senior goalkeeper Omeed Naeemy has started the majority of the games for Cleveland State. Over 10 games, he owns a 1.65 G.A.A. and .714 save percentage. Naeemy holds two wins in 2023 with one clean sheet.

Hugo Kadima and Midfielder
Nolan Hutter will play their final regular season match for the Colonials on Wednesday. This season, Kadima has started one match against Saint Francis while posting two shots and in total playing 744 minutes this year. Hutter this season has appeared in 14 matches while starting one against IUPUI. Hutter scored his first career goal of the season in the opener against Niagara and has also posted four shots this year.
