Moon Township, Pa. - The RMU Rowing team will take to the waters of the Occoquan River in  Fairfax Station, Va. for the 2023 Head of the Occoquan.

The Colonials will send the Varsity 8+, Varsity 4+ and Novice 8+ boats to the event.

"This will be a tough day of racing," said head coach Rob Weber. "This is the longest race of the Fall season at 5k, but it will be a chance to gain experience especially for our novices. We'll be able to gauge ourselves against teams that we should be able to compete with."

The Varsity 8 begins at 11:45 a.m., followed by the Novice 8+ at 2 p.m. and Varsity 4+ at 2:30 p.m.
