POINT PARK LATELY
The Pioneers (5-0) started their regular season Oct. 26. Point Park is averaging 97.6 points per game and have a margin of victory of 34.2 points. PPU competes at the NAIA level and is in the River States Conference.
RMU AND POINT PARK HISTORY
This rivalry with Point Park dates back to the 1963-64 season when Robert Morris was a junior college. Prior to RMU elevating to the NCAA level in 1976-77, they faced the Pioneers six times, winning four. The first matchup as a NCAA squad was in 1978. The series went on hiatus until 2020 when PPU came to the UPMC Events Center.
LAST TIME AGAINST POINT PARK
RMU opened its 2020-21 season with a 75-57 victory over Point Park at the UPMC Events Center December 5, 2020. AJ Bramah led all scorers with 18 points.
