MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The RMU women's soccer team came up short in their Horizon League matchup against Milwaukee, suffering a 3-0 defeat. The loss brings the Colonials' record to 4-5-5 overall and 3-2-2 in conference play.
FIRST HALF HIGHLIGHTS
- Both teams traded early shots on target, but Milwaukee broke the deadlock in the 14th minute with Kayla Rollins scoring from distance.
- Rollins doubled Milwaukee's lead in the 31st minute, finding the net again to make it 2-0.
- The Panthers maintained pressure, adding five more shots before halftime.
SECOND HALF HIGHLIGHTS
- RMU goalkeeper Brenna Murray stood strong early in the second half, making five key saves.
- In the 59th minute, Paloma Swankler received a yellow card.
- Milwaukee added a third goal in the 80th minute to seal the win.
- The Colonials managed one more shot on goal but couldn't convert.
