Â
"The eight had a real breakout performance, and they should be very proud of themselves and how they raced. It's even more impressive given that there were five freshmen in the boat, said head coach
Robert Weber. "They rowed beautifully and raced with a lot of grit and consistency. And while the four's result maybe wasn't what we'd hoped for, I think they took a step toward getting better and have some positives that they can build on moving forward. We'll get back to work on Monday and look forward to the remainder of our fall racing schedule."
Â
RMU returns to the waters in two weeks for the Yinzer Cup on Saturday, October 19.
