MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. The RMU Men's Basketball team will be part of the second installment of the Urban-Bennett Invitational MTE Hosted by P3R beginning on Thursday, November 14. The four-team, six-game, round robin event features Lindenwood, New Orleans and Stonehill along with the host Colonials. All games will be played at the UPMC Events Center.
ABOUT THE URBAN-BENNETT INVITATIONAL MTE HOSTED BY P3R
This multi-team event (MTE) is funded by RMU Alum Russ Olsen ('82) and hosted by P3R in honor of Richard Bennett and Philip Urban, two childhood friends of Olsen.
ABOUT LINDENWOOD
The Lions (1-1) play in the Ohio Valley Conference and are in their third year of Division I play. The team is located in St. Charles, Mo.
ABOUT NEW ORLEANS
The Privateers (0-2) play in the Southland Conference. The team is located in just outside of downtown New Orleans.
ABOUT STONEHILL
The Skyhawks (1-2) play in the Northeast Conference and are in their third year of Division I play. The team is located in Easton, Mass.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The six-game event begins Thursday, November 14 with Lindenwood taking on New Orleans at 4 p.m.. RMU will face Stonehill in the nightcap at 7 p.m. On Friday, November 15, New Orleans and Stonehill square off in the opener at 4 p.m. while the Colonials face Lindenwood at 7 p.m. On the final day, Sunday, November 17, Stonehill and Lindenwood at 1 p.m. will start things off before RMU and New Orleans closes the event at 4 p.m.

All games will stream on ESPN+. Chris Shovlin (pxp) will be on the call for all six games. He'll be joined by Jim Elias for Thursday and Friday's games and Jeff Waller for Sunday's games.
