HIGHLAND HILLS, Ky. - Northern Kentucky recorded a straight sets victory over Robert Morris (25-13, 25-17, 25-12) on Friday night. RMU falls to 6-13 overall and 2-6 in the Horizon League loop. NKU improves to 11-8 overall and 7-1 in league play.
 
Jocelyn Jourdan led the team with eight kills. Jasmine Purakal led the back row with 14 digs and Kaitlyn Brown recorded 15 assists and 7 digs. Set 1: Northern Ky. 25, Robert Morris 13
Northern Ky. established control immediately, hitting .379 as a team with 14 kills to just three errors.

The set was closer, featuring four ties and three lead changes, but Northern Ky. pulled away to take a 2-0 match lead.

NKU closed out the match racking up 15 kills with only one error on 27 attempts for a .519 hitting percentage.
