MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – After leading RMU to an 82-68 victory over IU Indy on February 27, securing the Horizon League regular-season title, Josh Omojafo has been named the Under Armour Horizon League Player of the Week.
 
Omojafo recorded a season-high 27 points on 10-of-12 shooting, including a career-high four three-pointers. He added seven rebounds, three assists, and zero turnovers in 36 minutes of play. This marks Omojafo's first Horizon League honor. He joins Alvaro Folgueiras, who was recognized on December 31, February 10, and February 17, and Kam Woods, who earned the honor on February 24.
 
RMU (23-8) will host a quarterfinal game in the 2025 Barbasol Horizon League Men's Basketball Championship at the UPMC Center on Thursday, March 6, with tipoff set for 8 p.m. The Colonials will face the lowest remaining seed after the first round.
