Box Score LOUISVILLE – Bellarmine scored five time in the fourth quarter in its 13-10 victory over RMU on Saturday afternoon.
1st QUARTER
After falling behind 2-0 the Colonials recorded the last three goals of the first half on scores from
Graeme MacLennan,
Calum Brennan and
Owen Tapper.
2nd QUARTER
RMU increased its lead to 6-3 after goals from
Luis Gonzalez,
Nick Pelletier (man up) and
Will MacLeod (man up) send the match into halftime with us leading 6-4.
3rd QUARTER
MacLennan's second goal followed by
Luke Prezioso put RMU up three goals, but the Knights erased the deficit to send the match into the final quarter deadlocked at 8-8.
4th QUARTER
Kean Moon broke the tie one minute into the fourth quarter, but Bellarmine erupted for four straight goals to take an 11-9 lead at the 8:37 mark.
David Burr answered with a goal – his 100
th career point – at 7:36, but that would be last tally for the Colonials.
