Johns Hopkins enters its 139th season of men's lacrosse, continuing a tradition that dates back to the program's first team in 1883. As the Blue Jays prepare for the 2026 campaign, they are ranked No. 15 in the KANE Inside Lacrosse Media Poll and No. 17 in both the USILA and USA Lacrosse polls.
The team's offense remains a focal point, highlighted by the return of leading goal scorer Hunter Chauvette, who recorded 23 goals and 31 points as a sophomore last season. The Blue Jays have been picked to finish fourth in the highly competitive Big Ten preseason coaches' poll.
