BOSTON – The RMU men's hockey trio of junior Tanner Klimpke, sophomore Dominic Elliott and freshman John Babcock earned postseason accolades from Atlantic Hockey America, the league office announced Wednesday.

Klimpke and Elliott were each named to the All-AHA Second Team, while Babcock earned a spot on the AHA All-Rookie Team.

Anchoring RMU's offense, Klimpke has been the team's most productive player, leading the Colonials in goals (14), assists (15) and points (29). He has also scored three game-winning goals and added one power-play tally this season. Klimpke has recorded six multi-point performances this year and was a key factor in RMU's AHA Quarterfinal series against Air Force, posting two goals and one assist. In 100 career games, the Calgary, Alberta native has produced 39 goals and 39 assists for 78 points.

After being named to the AHA All-Rookie Team during the 2024-25 season, Elliott now earns All-AHA Second Team honors. Elliott has been a steady two-way defenseman for RMU this season, leading all Colonial blueliners in goals (6), assists (13) and points (19). He also owns a team-best plus/minus rating of +5 and ranks second on the team with 83 blocked shots. He has also scored two game-winning goals this year and registered four multi-point performances. Making an impact early in his collegiate career, North Vancouver, B.C. native John Babcock earns AHA All-Rookie Team honors. Defensively, Babcock leads the conference in blocked shots with 117 this season. He also shares the team lead in plus/minus with Elliott at +5. Offensively, Babcock has recorded four goals and eight assists for 12 points.
