MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Robert Morris returns to Joe Walton Stadium this Saturday, March 28, to host Le Moyne in an NEC clash scheduled for 3 p.m. Fans can catch all the action live on ESPN+, with Gero von Dehn on the call and Nathan Breisinger providing the commentary.
 
RMU LATELY
Robert Morris enters this matchup with a dominant 7-3 overall record and a perfect 2-0 start in NEC play. The Colonials are currently riding a six-game winning streak—tied for the second-longest in program history—and have turned Joe Walton Stadium into a fortress with 11 straight regular-season home victories.
 
RMU ranks third in goals (99), first in assists (61), and second in goals-against average (10.39). The roster features high-end specialists on both ends: Owen Tapper leads the NEC with 24 caused turnovers, while Dylan Anderson and Cal Brennan are tied for fourth in the league with 18 goals apiece. Anchoring the defense is the reigning NEC Defensive Player of the Week, Nate Fechter, who ranks second in the conference with a .541 save percentage.

Le Moyne currently holds a 2-8 overall record and a 1-1 mark in NEC play following a 9-5 loss to LIU. While the Dolphins have struggled to a 1-4 record on the road and have surrendered 124 goals—the second-most in the NEC—their roster features elite individual production. Emmet McDermott leads the NEC with 14 assists, Thomas Berry ranks seventh in the league with 17 goals, and Owen Wilson has contributed 16 points (12g 4a). Defensively, goalkeeper Lucas Winger, the 2025 NEC Defensive Player of the Year, continues to anchor the unit and leads the NEC with 164 saves.

COMMON OPPONENTS
Outside of NEC play, RMU showed a stronger edge against non-conference foes Canisius and Hobart, picking up two wins where Le Moyne fell short. However, Le Moyne proved more resilient against St. Bonaventure, grinding out a tight victory while the Colonials dropped their contest to the Bonnies by three.
 
UP NEXT
RMU hits the road at VMI on April 4 followed by a trip to Mercyhurst on April 11. The Colonials return home on April 18 for Senior Day against LIU.
