MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – RMU women's hockey head coach Logan Bittle announced the Colonials' 2026-27 schedule, a 32-game slate with one exhibition that features 15 home contests at Clearview Arena, eight non-conference matchups and a full Atlantic Hockey America schedule.
 
RMU opens the season with an exhibition game, welcoming Western University on Sept. 19 before hosting Post on Sept. 25 and Sept. 26 for RMU's home-opening series.
 
The conference schedule then begins on the road with a series at in-state rival Penn State on Oct. 2-3 before the Colonials travel to RPI (Oct. 9-10). RMU then returns home the following weekend to host Syracuse on Oct. 16-17.
 
Later in October, the Colonials will compete in the Ice Breaker Tournament at Boston University, facing Minnesota State on Oct. 23 before taking on either Yale or host Boston University on Oct. 24.
 
Conference play resumes with a road series at Lindenwood (Oct. 29-30) before RMU returns to Moon Township to host RIT on Nov. 6-7.
 
The Colonials continue league action with a trip to Delaware (Nov. 12-13) before hosting Mercyhurst on Nov. 20 and traveling to Erie the following day to conclude the series.
 
After a bye-week, RMU closes out the 2026 calendar with a non-conference series at Assumption on Dec. 4-5.
 
Following the holiday break, the Colonials return to conference play with a road trip to RIT (Jan. 8-9) before welcoming Penn State to Clearview Arena for a two-game series on Jan. 15-16.
 
At the end of January, RMU will host Delaware (Jan. 22-23), followed by a home-and-home series with Mercyhurst on Jan. 29-30.
 
The Colonials close out the regular season with home games against Lindenwood (Feb. 5-6) before traveling to Syracuse for the regular season finale on Feb. 12-13.
 
The 2027 Atlantic Hockey America postseason begins with the play-in round on Feb. 18, followed by the first round on Feb. 20. The semifinal round is a best-of-three series scheduled for Feb. 26-28, with the AHA Championship set for March 6.
