Sophomore Myles Russ of the Robert Morris football squad earns the latest RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week after putting forth the most impressive performance of his young career in RMU's Northeast Conference opener last week against Monmouth. Russ rushed for a career-high 205 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries against the Hawks, becoming the fourth different Colonial in the 15-year history of the program to eclipse 200 yards rushing in a game. Russ joins former Colonials Tim Hall (1994-95), Donald Dorsey (1998-99) and Sam Dorsett (1999-2003). A native of Boca Raton, Fla., and a management major, Russ leads the Colonial ground game in 2008 with 498 yards on 72 attempts, an average of 6.9 yards per rush.
