High School and Junior College Coaches
PASS LIST PROCEDURES
The Compliance and Ticket Offices have developed procedures for all sports to ensure that complimentary admissions are issued in accordance with NCAA rules and regulations. Within these directives, hard tickets are never issued to coaches or their guests. Instead, all complimentary admissions are granted via a pass list upon presentation of approved photo identification.
Head Coaches (or their designated representative) are responsible for providing the Athletic Ticket Office with a list of the individuals who will attend the event. The list must be delivered to the ticket office 24 hours prior to the scheduled event for which admission will be granted.
Steps to Complimentary Admission
- Head Coaches (or their designated representative) are responsible for providing the Athletic Ticket Office a Pass List Form detailing the coaches and guests, by name and school represented, who will attend the event. Not more than two (2) complimentary admissions may be issued per visiting coach. The Coaches List must be delivered to the ticket office 24 hours prior to the scheduled event for which admission is to be granted.
- To prepare this list, coaches must contact the respective Football, Basketball or Hockey Office to have their name placed on the list for that week’s game.
- No high school, prep school or junior college coach will receive a “hard ticket” from any RMU coach. They must be admitted by the pass list system.
- Admission will begin at the same time the general public is permitted to enter the stadium.
- Coaches must appear at the ticket gate/kiosk, present photo identification and sign the pass list to receive a handstamp and gain access to the event.
- Records are monitored and stored in the Office of Athletic Compliance and are subject to audit.
