One of two Higher Images RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week honorees for the week of Sept. 17, 2014, is senior Ryan Prokay of the golf team. Prokay won the individual title in dramatic fashion at the 2014 Lonnie Barton Invitational, which was hosted by St. Bonaventure University, in Olean, N.Y., earlier this week. On the final hole of the tournament, Prokay produced an eagle to earn the individual title and help him edge out LIU Brooklyn’s Stewart Gray by one shot. Overall, Prokay finished with a two-day score of 137, which was three strokes under par. Prokay, a native of Grove City, Pa., put himself in position to claim the individual title by opening the tournament with a 65, tying a school record for lowest round. As a team, Robert Morris won the tournament for the third in four years and the fourth time overall with a team score of 565 (+5).
