Garnering the Giant Eagle RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week for March 22, 2107, is freshman midfield Annie Sachs of the lacrosse team. In a pair of victories last week, Sachs recorded back-to-back hat tricks and finished with four points in each game to help bolster the Robert Morris offense. She finished with three goals and an assist in a 13-10 victory over Liberty (3/13) at Joe Walton Stadium, and followed with three goals and a helper in a 12-7 win @ St. Bonaventure (3/19) in the first road win of the 2017 campaign for the Colonials. For her efforts, Sachs was selected as the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week (3/20/17). Through nine games, Sachs, a native of Baldwin, Md., has compiled 23 goals and 12 assists for 35 points, which leads RMU. Â
