Senior Lexi Templeman of the hockey team has been tabbed the Chick-Fil-A Robinson RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week for Oct. 21, 2020. Selected as team captain for the 2020-21 campaign, Templeman is top returning scorer for the Colonials. In 36 games in 2019-20, Templeman, a native of Staffa, Ontario, finished with 44 points courtesy of 11 goals and 33 assists. She also added a plus/minus of +12 to pace RMU. In 105 contests, Templeman is three points shy of 100 for her career thanks to 27 goals and 70 assists. Named to the 2020 Academic All-District 2 At-Large team according to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), Templeman is an accounting major who has maintained a perfect 4.00 grade point average (GPA).
