History vs. Indiana
Sunday will mark the first time that the Colonials and Hoosiers have played each other.

In Case You Missed It
The Colonials improved to 3-1 over the weekend after two wins against Ball State and Colgate. RMU defeated the Cardinals last Friday, 1-0, behind junior Jamie Hartley's (Tamworth, Australia / University of Newcastle) third goal of the 2013 season.  The Colonials made it a sweep the next day, as they beat Colgate, 2-0. Sophomore Jess Martin-Brown (Mount Gambier, Australia / University of Adelaide) led off the game with her second goal of the 2013 campaign, and then freshman Chloe McIlwaine (Belfast, Ireland / Northumbria University) picked up her first career goal to set the final score.

Quick Hitters
  • By finding the back of the net against Ball State, Jamie Hartley broke the all-time program record for career goals. Her 17th score pushes her ahead of Chantele Crow, who played for the Colonials between 2008-11. Hartley also is the all-time program record-holder for career points with 49, eight ahead of the second-place Crow.
  • This is the second-straight season that RMU has started the season off with a 3-1 record. Last year, the Colonials defeated Appalachian State and Saint Louis on the second weekend of play, after starting off the season 1-1.
  • Chloe McIlwaine scored her first career goal in a 2-0 win over Colgate on Sunday, marking the first time a freshman has found the back of the net in 2013. The last time a first-year player scored for RMU before McIlwaine's tally was on Oct. 21, 2012, when Jess Martin-Brown buried one against Sacred Heart.
  • With her two clean sheets over the weekend, Erin McKenzie (Lismore, Australia / University of Queensland Tech) extended her shutout streak to three. The junior – who was named the MAAC Defensive Player of the Week on Monday – has held opponents scoreless for the last 229:12, which is a school record.

Coming Up
After two straight weekends in Indiana, the Colonials will return to the Keystone State to face Massachusetts-Lowell and Lock Haven. RMU will take on the Riverhawks on Saturday, Sept. 21 at noon, and then face the hosts, Lock Haven, at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
