Moon Township, Pa. – The Robert Morris University softball team had its non-conference doubleheader against Youngstown State scheduled for Wednesday cancelled due to impending rainfall.

As of this writing, there are no plans to reschedule the contests.

Robert Morris will next be in action this Saturday, April 27, when it plays a key Northeast Conference (NEC) doubleheader at Central Connecticut State. The Blue Devils, who lead the league with 13 NEC wins, rank first in the conference in batting average (.305), on-base percentage (.379), slugging percentage (.483), runs scored (206) and home runs (37). Central Connecticut State also tops the league in shutouts with 11. RMU will also play a pair of games this weekend at Bryant Sunday, April, 28.

The Colonials will next play at home Saturday, May 4, when they host Quinnipiac on the final weekend of the regular season.
