CHA Season Opens Halloween Weekend at 84 Lumber Arena

Robert Morris faces Syracuse to kick off conference action

Pittsburgh, Pa. It's time to dust off the skates and lace them up following a bye week for the Robert Morris University women's hockey team as the Colonials return to action for a two-game Halloween weekend series at 84 Lumber Arena against College Hockey America (CHA) opponent Syracuse on Friday, Oct. 30 at 7:05 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 31 at 3:05 p.m.

While the Colonials (4-3-1) enjoyed a week's pause from competition, the Orange (3-4-0) caught an early glimpse of conference play, as they topped RIT, 7-1, last week.

Welsh and freshman Amber Rennie are knotted for first in power play goals (2).
