Robert Morris Welcomes Vermont to 84 Lumber Arena

Colonials remain at home to host the Catamounts

Pittsburgh, Pa. The Colonials look to maintain success on home ice when the Robert Morris University women's hockey team welcomes the University of Vermont to 84 Lumber Arena on Friday, Oct. 14 at 7:05 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 15 at 2:30 p.m.
 
RMU (3-0-1) completes a four-game home stand this weekend following a win and a tie with RPI. The Colonials enter a two-game series with the Catamounts (2-0-0) undefeated, and boast the longest season-opening unbeaten streak in program history.

Freshman Jaycee Gebhard and sophomore Amber Rennie pace the Colonials in points with six each. Gebhard leads the scoring effort with three goals, while Rennie tops the leaderboard in assists with four. Gebhard also provides a spark on special teams, and boasts a team-leading two power-play goals and five power-play points.

The Colonials' seven power-play goals through the first four games on the season ranks No. 2 in Division I National Collegiate women's ice hockey.
