Colonials to Celebrate Seniors Against Saint Francis U

The Robert Morris University men's soccer team closes its season on Sunday, Nov. 7 at 1:00 p.m. against in-state Northeast Conference (NEC) rival Saint Francis U. The Red Flash have clinched their spot in next week's NEC Tournament, sporting a 3-1-2 mark in league play along with a 10-5-2 record overall. RMU gained its first conference victory of the season last Sunday, a 1-0 win over Central Connecticut.

Robert Morris holds a slight 13-11-2 edge over its Keystone State foe, but the Red Flash have been victorious in the teams' last four meetings. The Colonials' last win over Saint Francis U came on Oct. 14, 2012 as Bruce Cullen broke through for the game's only goal in the 75th minute. Toba Bolaji made nine saves in between the sticks in the 1-0 victory.

Robert Morris will have two seniors honored before the game in Brian Alumbaugh and Curran Edland. Alumbaugh, a graduate transfer from Michigan State, has started every match for the Colonials this season, while Edland has shattered his previous season high in minutes played with 1,260.
