Pittsburgh, Pa. –
After dropping a two-game series at home to College Hockey America leader Mercyhurst, the
Robert Morris University women's hockey team seeks renewed energy on the road at second-place Syracuse in its final road trip of the regular season on Friday, Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 13 at 3 p.m. in Tennity Ice Pavilion in Syracuse, N.Y.
The Colonials (14-11-5, 6-6-4) split a series with the Orange (14-13-3, 10-4-2) earlier this season, and can clinch home ice for the first round of the CHA Tournament with a sweep of the upcoming weekend series. If RMU drops both games to Syracuse on the road, it can still secure home ice if fellow CHA opponent Lindenwood does not earn a point at Penn State this weekend.
