Boston, Mass – Robert Morris University track and field senior Rachel Boody finished her indoor season at the Eastern College Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships at Boston University Saturday afternoon.
 
The Northeast Conference champion in the weight throw, Boody finished 27th at the ECAC event Saturday. The senior's best throw of the day came on her first attempt as she hurled the four-kilogram implement 15.70 meters (51' 6.25"). Her next toss traveled 15.46 meters before she fouled on her third and final throw.
 
Boody threw 16.83 meters (55' 2.75") to win the NEC Indoor Championship two weeks ago in Staten Island, N.Y.
 
April Krivoniak will compete in the shot put at the ECAC Championships tomorrow, Sunday, March 5. Her event is slated to begin at 9:30 a.m.
