After closing strong on the back nine yesterday, Daniel Franco Saad took charge for the Colonials in day two with a team-leading one-over 73. Franco Saad carded two of his three birdies on the front nine and coupled them with 11 pars over the round. The senior has nine birdies through two rounds, which ranks tied for seventh among all players, and shares third place in par three scoring (2.88, -1).

Kyle Grube posted a four-over 76, tallying 14 pars and a birdie on the 18th hole. Grube collected eight of his pars on the front nine, sandwiching four each around a bogey. The junior was the only Colonial to post a birdie on the final hole of the day, and went without bogeying any of the par fives on the afternoon.

David Szymanski entered the lineup as a substitute and also carded a four-over 76. Szymanski matched Franco Saad's birdie total with three, adding nine pars on his first go-around. The senior birdied the first and sixth holes on the front nine, but was better on the back half after shooting one over par.

Max Palmer registered a six-over 78, while Chase Miller carded an 11-over 83 to round out the Colonial contingent. Through two rounds, Palmer sits in the aforementioned tie for third place in par three scoring (2.88, -1), with RMU ranking third as a team in that department (3.10, +4).
