RMU-Wright State Game Picked For ESPNU Telecast

Colonials will take on Raiders on national television Friday, Jan. 29, at 9:00 p.m.

Moon Township, Pa. – The RMU men's basketball game at Wright State scheduled for Friday, Jan. 29, 2021, has been selected to be televised on ESPNU, the Horizon League announced Wednesday. Tip time is scheduled for 9:00 p.m.

The RMU and Wright State matchup is the fourth of four consecutive Fridays that feature a Horizon League game on ESPN linear networks and is a part of the league's "Anything Can Happen On Friday" campaign. Fans can follow along on social media by using #FRIDAYisHLMBB.

Led by 11th-year head coach Andrew Toole, RMU returns to the UPMC Events Center for a pair of games this weekend, welcoming Northern Kentucky for a 7:00 p.m. tip Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, and a 5:00 p.m. tip Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021.

The Colonials have been led by senior forward AJ Bramah, who leads the Horizon League and ranks 22nd in NCAA Division I in scoring with an average of 21.1 points per game. Bramah has scored in double figures in 13 consecutive games dating back to last season and has also recorded three straight double-doubles entering play this weekend against Northern Kentucky.
