Moon Township, Pa. – Due to the weather forecast for this afternoon, including rain and possible severe thunderstorms, the RMU softball game scheduled for 3:00 p.m. against Pitt at the North Athletic Complex has been canceled.

Jexx Varner, the Colonials now shift their attention to a three-game series against Youngstown State. RMU is slated to host the Penguins Friday, May 6, at 3:00 p.m. in a single game before playing a doubleheader Saturday, May 7, at 1:30 p.m.
The Colonials own an overall record of 27-16 (.628), including a mark of 16-6 (.727) in the Horizon League. RMU sits in second place in the #HLSB standings, percentage points behind Oakland, which owns a 15-5 (.750) ledger in league play.
