RMU Debuts 1921 Club All-Inclusive Season Tickets

Moon Township, Pa. – The RMU Department of Athletics announced Friday a new, all-inclusive option for Colonial fans to enjoy marquee sporting events in one convenient donation and ticketing package.

New for the 2023-24 season, 1921 Club members will be able to reserve their all-inclusive pass for football, men's hockey and men's basketball for $1,921. Each 1921 Club member will receive four (4) center court premium men's basketball season seats with West Club access, four (4) men's ice hockey season tickets with club access, and four (4) football season tickets with end zone and hospitality access. In addition with the football season tickets, 1921 Club members receive a complimentary upgrade to include 50-yard line reserved chair back seating for the 2023 football season (an $80 per seat value).

Additional package upgrades are available for men's basketball to include courtside or Eat'n Park Club seats for $350 per seat with applicable donation. In addition, women's ice hockey, women's basketball and men's and women's lacrosse season tickets can be added to your 1921 Club package.
  • Football VIP Access:
Field-Level Donor Tent  With a 1921 Club membership, fans will receive four (4) season passes that allow access to available seating in the endzone near the hospitality tent or in your own reserved Joe Walton Stadium midfield reserved chair back seats, which are located near the 50-yard line and are an $80 per seat additional value. Donors who accept reserved chairback seating will still have access to the donor tent for hospitality on game days.
  • Men's Hockey VIP Access:
1921 Club members will have the ability to reserve hockey season tickets beginning for the 2023-24 season. Included in your $1,921, you will receive four (4) season seats for men's hockey, with access to game-day hospitality for all men's hockey games.
  • Men's Basketball VIP Access:
West Club Access – With a 1921 Club membership, fans will receive four (4) season seats for men's basketball games in any location within the UPMC Events Center (outside of courtside or Eat'n Park Club seating), which provides access to the West Concourse Hospitality Club. Additional season seats after four can be purchased for just $300 per seat and includes West Club hospitality access.

Courtside Seating or Eat'n Park Club First Row Seating – With a 1921 Club membership, fans have the ability to upgrade to courtside seats or reserved seats in the Eat'n Park Hospitality Club for an additional $350 per seat (limit two seats without additional donation), which provides access to the Eat'n Park Hospitality Club. Courtside seats get you closest to the action and reserved Eat'n Park Club seating provides the highest-level convenience and access to hospitality and amenities at the UPMC Events Center. Additional courtside or Eat'n Park Club seats can be reserved for $850 per seat as available.

*For every 1921 Club membership, your minimum $1,000 donation may be tax deductible.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How is this donation and ticket package option different from this past season?

A: For this past 2022-23 season, $1,000 and above annual Athletics donors were able to purchase up to four (4) men's basketball season tickets with access to the West Club inside the UPMC Events Center for just $100 per seat with donation or purchase courtside seating or Eat'n Park Club seating for $850 per seat, which includes applicable donation. For the first time during the 2022 football season, $1,000+ Athletics donors could reserve mid-field chair back season tickets for $80 per seat, that include end zone field access & hospitality. Standing room only or available end zone seats are complimentary on a first-come, first-serve basis otherwise for football games. Season tickets for the return of RMU ice hockey went on sale last year for their return in October 2023 for just $100 per seat after an applicable donation for men's hockey. The new 1921 Club streamlines ticket and donation options and provides discounted football reserved seating ($320 value for just $121).

Q: I'm not interested in attending all of the sports listed in the 1921 Club package. Can I still purchase individual sport season tickets and get access to the club area with the appropriate donation?

A: Yes! All $1,000+ Athletics annual donors can purchase season tickets for their favorite sports a la carte. With your $1,000 minimum donation, you can still purchase up to (4) men's basketball season tickets for $100 per seat, or upgrade to courtside or Eat'n Park Club seating for just $350 per seat (max 2), which includes donation. Football season tickets will remain $40 per seat for general admission seating or $80 for reserved chairback seating with end zone club access and men's hockey season tickets will be $100 per season ticket after applicable $1,000 donation.

Q: I'm used to purchasing my men's basketball season tickets and used to just go to one football game for Homecoming each year. Can I still attend the Homecoming game with club access if I do not opt into the 1921 Club or purchase club access football season tickets?

A: To show our appreciation for our annual $1,000 and above Athletics donors, RMU Athletics plans to offer all $1,000 Athletics donors presale opportunities for special events, including Homecoming. Presale opportunities will be offered with deadlines to purchase and may be limited to seating or club capacity.

Q: What if I'm interested in RMU's other ticketed sports, like women's ice hockey, women's basketball, and men's & women's lacrosse?

A: RMU women's ice hockey, women's basketball, and men's & women's lacrosse season tickets can be added to your 1921 Club package for an additional cost.
