MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The RMU Colonials women's basketball team begins a three-game road trip when they travel to play Milwaukee on Thursday afternoon. Tipoff is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+.
RMU LATELY
The Colonials (6-9) are coming off their third straight loss as they fell at home to Oakland on Sunday afternoon.
Simone Morris leads RMU with 11.2 points per game.
Danielle Vuletich leads the Colonials in rebounds as she averages 7.4 boards per game.

MILWAUKEE LATELY
The Panthers (8-9) last played on Sunday afternoon when they downed Northern Kentucky on the road, 75-67. Milwaukee is 2-4 in Horizon League play with their two wins coming against IUPUI and the aforementioned Northern Kentucky Norse. Sophomore guard Kamy Peppler leads the Horizon League in three-point field goals made as she has 39 triples in 17 games played this year. Last season, Milwaukee finished with an 11-19 record and a loss in the quarterfinal round of the Horizon League Tournament to Cleveland State, 65-52.
COMMON OPPONENTSÂ Â Â Â
Both squads have played similar opponents this season in the Horizon League so far as they've both taken losses to conference foes such as Wright State, Cleveland State, and Purdue Fort Wayne. RMU and Milwaukee have defeated IUPUI this year as both teams won by 11 points against the Jaguars.
MILWAUKEE HISTORY
The Colonials have a 1-6 record against the Panthers since the series began during the 2020 season when RMU joined the Horizon League. RMU's lone victory came last season on February 19, 2023 when the Colonials upended the Panthers, 50-45. Alex Mastral led RMU with 16 points and was 4-5 from beyond the arc, both of which were season-highs for Mastral.
SINGLE GAME HIGH'S VS PURDUE FORT WAYNE (1/4) - RMU lost their sixth road contest of the season to Purdue Fort Wayne on Thursday night, 68-56.
Madison O'Dell had a team-high 11 points and was 9-10 from the free-throw line in the loss. Vuletich and Allana both had eight points and a combined 11 rebounds against the Mastodons.
SINGLE GAME HIGH'S VS OAKLAND (1/7) – The Colonials lost their third straight contest when they fell to Oakland on Sunday afternoon, 64-58.
Rebecca Dwomoh led the team with a season-high 14 points while adding eight rebounds.
Natalie Johnson and
Louella Allana both added 10 points while Johnson chipped in three steals and two assists to her stat line.

Through 15 games RMU leads all Horizon League teams in blocked shots as the Colonials average 4.20 blocks per contest. The Colonials also lead the conference in opponent field goal percentage as the team has only allowed their opponents to shoot 37 percent from the floor in 15 games played.
