MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – RMU women's basketball will close out their three-game road trip with a visit to Northern Kentucky on Wednesday night. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN+.

The Colonials (6-11) continued to have their struggles on the road as they lost to Green Bay on Saturday afternoon, 72-40.
Simone Morris leads RMU with 10.9 points per game.
Danielle Vuletich leads the Colonials in rebounds as she averages 6.9 boards per game.

NORTHERN KENTUCKY LATELY
The Norse (2-13) are coming off their seventh straight loss as they fell to IUPUI on the road, 96-81. Northern Kentucky is the only team in the Horizon League that hasn't won a conference game as they'll come into Wednesday's contest 0-6 in league play. Freshman center Carter McCray leads the Horizon League in rebounds as she's hauled in 9.7 boards in 15 games played. Last season, Northern Kentucky finished with a 17-4 record and a loss in the Horizon League semifinals game to Cleveland State, 63-60.
COMMON OPPONENTSÂ Â Â Â
Both teams have played in Horizon League action in the 2023-24 season and have faced five similar opponents so far. RMU has one of their two conference wins against IUPUI while Northern Kentucky most recently lost to the Jaguars on Saturday. Both teams however, have lost to Milwaukee, Oakland, Cleveland State, and Green Bay.
NORTHERN KENTUCKY HISTORY
The Colonials own a 1-8 record against the Norse since their first meeting during the 2013 season. RMU's last victory against Northern Kentucky came on November 21, 2017 when the Colonials won 59-50 on the road. Since that meeting, the Colonials have lost six straight contests against the Norse.
SINGLE GAME HIGH'S VS MILWAUKEE (1/11) - The Colonials continued to struggle as they fell to Milwaukee on the road, 73-58.
Tuana Coskun notched a career-high 12 points while going 5-5 from the field in her best game to date as a Colonial. Dwomoh had an all-around stat line tallying seven points, five rebounds, three blocks, and three assists for RMU.
SINGLE GAME HIGH'S VS GREEN BAY (1/13) – RMU's road woes continued as they fell to Green Bay on Saturday afternoon, 72-40.
Simone Morris and
Madison O'Dell each tallied 11 points while Morris also hauled in a team-high nine rebounds in the loss.
Danielle Vuletich notched six points, three rebounds, and two assists for the Colonials.

Through 17 games RMU is third in the Horizon League teams in blocked shots as the Colonials average four blocks per contest. The Colonials are also fourth in the conference in opponent field goal percentage as they've only allowed their opponents to shoot 39 percent from the floor in 17 games played.
