MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. - One hundred RMU student-athletes across 10 sports were named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll for the Fall 2023 semester.
 
Forty-nine Colonials boasted a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher and 12 of those recorded a perfect 4.00. Each of the 10 teams had a GPA over 3.0, led by women's basketball (3.70), softball (3.66), volleyball (3.63) and women's soccer (3.61).

To be eligible for the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must participate in at least one of the league's 19 sponsored sports during the most recent (or current) season, have completed three semesters at their current school and own a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.20 on a 4.00 scale.
 
A total of 1,374 student-athletes earned Horizon League Academic Honor Roll distinction during the Fall 2023 semester, with all 11-member institutions and 19 league sponsored sports represented. Women's cross country and track & field led all sports on the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll with 187 student-athletes, followed by women's soccer with 185 honorees.
