MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – RMU continues its final homestand of the regular season when it hosts Cleveland State on Senior Day Sunday, February 25. Tipoff time is 2 p.m. The game will stream on ESPN+ and fans can hear the hometown call from Chris Shovlin and Jim Elias on the RMU Gameday App.
 
RMU LATELY
RMU (10-18, 6-11 HL) fell to first place Oakland 63-43 February 22, dropping its third straight contest. The Colonials are 7-7 at home this season.
 
CLEVELAND STATE LATELY
Cleveland State (16-12, 9-8 HL) fell at the buzzer at Northern Kentucky February 22. The Vikings are 4-10 on the road this season and are tied for sixth place with Purdue Fort Wayne in the Horizon League Standings.
 
RMU AND CLEVELAND STATE HISTORY
RMU and Cleveland State first met in 1977 and played each year through 1983. After a 26-year hiatus, the teams met again in 2009. The Vikings lead the series 15-7 and are tied 4-4 in Moon. CSU has won the last nine meetings dating back to 2013.
 
RMU AND CLEVELAND STATE LAST TIME OUT
After RMU went up 60-59 with 1:39 to go in regulation on a Justice Williams jumper, CSU's Chase Robinson hit a 3-pointer to make the score 62-60 1:20 left and give CSU a lead they did not rescind, as the Vikings held off RMU 66-64 on January 28.
 
SUPER SENIORS
Prior to the game, the Colonials will honor Markeese Hastings, Jackson Last and Josh Corbin as well as managers Jarrett Tomazich and Robert Lauffer in a Senior Day ceremony.
