UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The RMU Track & Field team opened the 2025 calendar year at the Nittany Lion Challenge held at the Penn State on Saturday afternoon.
TOP FINISHES
After winning her heat,
Julianna Page-Daughtry was fifth overall in the 400m with a time of 58.32. In the mile,
Franny Kabana and
Emma Jiancristoforo both won their heats in the mile and were 11
th and 16
th overall crossing in 5:02.51 and 5:07.10, respectively.
Ava Deming was 10
th overall in the 800m with a time of 2:19.18.
Samantha Hennen (9:51.77) and
Julia Dill (9:56.54) were 12
th and 13
th in the 3000m.
Gracie Parker with seventh in the 60m hurdles finishing in 8.92.
NEW SCHOOL RECORDS
Kabana's mile and Hennen's were both new RMU outdoor records.
