MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The RMU men's soccer team is set to continue Horizon League play on the road, traveling to Green Bay for a Friday afternoon matchup on October 31 at 1:00 PM ET. The contest will be played at Aldo Santaga Stadium and stream live on ESPN+.
RMU LATELY
RMU (4-2-7, 2-0-5 #HLMSOC) enters the weekend following a 2-2 draw with Milwaukee on Senior Day. The Colonials' midfield tandem of
Anass Hadran and
Riley Cotton connected twice in the match, with each recording a goal and an assist.

Royie Rahamim continues to lead RMU in scoring with four goals and 10 points. Defender

Josh Lane has started every match, tallying four wins, four shutouts, and a .750 save percentage.
UNDEFEATED AT HOME & IN CONFERENCE PLAY
The Colonials wrapped up their home portion of the 2025 regular season, undefeated at home with a 3-0-3 record, outscoring opponents 12-6 across six matches at the North Athletic Complex. Since the start of the 2024 campaign, RMU is 5-0-5 in Horizon League home games, boasting a 21-8 scoring margin.
Under Head Coach
Jonathan Potter, RMU owns an impressive 9-2-5 (.719) record on home turf. The 2025 season marks just the third time in program history the Colonials have finished the regular season unbeaten at home, joining the 2006 (7-0-2) and 1994 (9-0-0) squads.
With two Horizon League matches remaining, RMU aims to complete its first undefeated conference season since 1995, when the Colonials went 8-0-0 in the NEC. They also posted a 7-0-1 conference mark in 1994.
ALL-TIME VS. GREEN BAY
RMU holds a 1-2-3 record against Green Bay but remains unbeaten in the last three meetings. The Colonials surged past the Phoenix last season with a dominant 5-0 victory, featuring goals from
Anass Hadran and
Kosi Udeh, with assists from Hadran and
William Dodzi Afawubo.
Prior to that, the programs battled to a 1-1 draw in 2023 and a scoreless tie in 2022.
SCOUTING THE PHOENIX
Green Bay (6-7-1, 3-3-1 #HLMSOC) has found form in recent weeks, coming off a 1-0 victory over Wright State and having handed Purdue Fort Wayne its first loss of the season by the same scoreline.
Forwards Keegan Walker and Noah Madrigal share the team lead with four goals each, while Walker also paces the Phoenix with three assists and 11 points total. Senior defender Dubem Obilo anchors the back line with 1,260 minutes played this season.
In goal, the Phoenix have split time between Drew Swancutt and Philip Oesterbaek. Swancutt has posted five wins, four shutouts, and a .821 save percentage, while Oesterbaek owns one win, two shutouts, and a .763 mark.
THE TABLE
Heading into the weekend, RMU sits third in the Horizon League standings and remains one of only two unbeaten teams in conference play. With the table tightly packed, no team has yet clinched or been eliminated from postseason contention. Cleveland State is the lone program with a chance to secure a playoff berth this week with a win over IU Indy.
