INDIANAPOLIS – Layke Fields is your Under Armour #HLWBB Freshman of the Week following her massive performance last week for the Colonials, who went 2-0, picking up wins over Mercyhurst and Horizon League opponent Northern Kentucky.
 
Fields, a freshman forward from Farrell, Pennsylvania, scored a career high 24 points in RMU's win over Mercyhurst. Fields shot 11-for-17 from the floor and brought down six rebounds and a block in 21:20 minutes played.
 
On the week, Fields averaged 13.0 PPG and shot 60%. She also averaged 5.0 RPG and 1.0 blocks per game.
 
Alana Nelson of Purdue Fort Wayne was named the Under Armour #HLWBB Player of the Week after leading the league with 24.5 points per game in a 2-0 week for the Mastodons
