FARMINGTON, Pa. – The RMU men's golf team finished 15th at the Nemacolin Collegiate Invitational, hosted by West Virginia, at Mystic Rock Golf Course. The Colonials posted a collective score of +55 over 54 holes, while Seton Hall claimed the team title at one-under par.
RMU opened the tournament with a +17 in the first round before posting a +21 in the second round and a +17 in the final round.
Chuck Tragesser led the Colonials individually, finishing in a tie for 10th at even par. The performance marked his first top-10 finish of the 2026-27 season.
Tragesser opened the tournament with a three-over 75 before bouncing back in the second round with a two-under 70. He closed the tournament with a one-under 71 to finish at even par. Over his 54 holes, Tragesser recorded 10 birdies.
Ben Skripac finished 45th overall at +10. He carded rounds of +2, +3 and +5 while also recording 10 birdies throughout the tournament.
Chase Bokker finished at +15 for the tournament and registered seven birdies, while
Joey Garofalo posted a three-round total of +32.
RMU also had two individuals compete at Shepherd's Rock Golf Course, also located at Nemacolin Resort. The course played as a par 72 at 7,515 yards.
Jace Lancaster paced the individuals, tying for sixth at +6. He recorded rounds of +1, +2 and +3 while posting nine birdies over the three rounds.
Harrison Martineau finished 11th among the individuals at +13. He carded rounds of +2, +5 and +6 and recorded five birdies.
The Nemacolin Collegiate Invitational marks the second tournament of the fall season for the Colonials.
RMU will close out its fall schedule at the ODU/OBX Invitational in Outer Banks, N.C. The tournament is scheduled for October 24-27 at Kilmarlic Golf Club.
