FAIRFAX, Va. – Mariya Chamberlain broke the RMU triple jump school record to highlight day two of the Dalton Ebanks Invitational hosted by George Mason.
Chamberlain, a senior from Seneca, South Carolina, finished second in the triple jump with a distance of 12.29, which is a new RMU school record as well as the new top mark in the Horizon League.
The Colonials also picked up two other top-five finishes on the day, with
Julianna Page-Daughtry placing fifth in the 400m with a time of 56.17, while the 4x400 team of
Lindsey Martineau,
Julianna Page-Daughtry,
Hayzes Robinson, and
Erin Zephirin placed fifth with a time of 3-52.75 which is now fourth best in RMU history.
Other top-10 finishes included
