Dill's Incredible Season Concludes at the 2026 NCAA Division I Track & Field Championships East First Round

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Senior Julia Dill concluded her season with a 37th-place finish at the 2026 NCAA Division I Track & Field Championships East First Round.

Dill came into the 10,000m seeded 41st and moved up four spots, finishing with a time of 34:56.66 to place 37th on the night. Dill finished ahead of runners from Elon, Akron, Syracuse, Wake Forest, Liscomb, Cincinnati, and Bryant.
 

OUTDOOR SEASON IN REVIEW
Dill had an incredible season for the Colonials, concluding at the 2026 NCAA Division I Track & Field Championships East First Round. Dill was just the 11th Colonial to compete in the NCAA East Regional and the first to represent RMU in the 10,000m. The senior also picked up two conference championships at the 2026 Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championships, winning the 5,000m with a meet record time and the 10,000m to lead RMU. She also set a new school record with her NCAA qualifying time at the Raleigh Relays, finishing in ninth in the 10,000m with a time of 33:50.26 in March.
