Robert Morris Downed by Saint Francis (Pa.), 3-0

Box Score LORETTO, Pa. - The Robert Morris University field hockey team dropped a 3-0 decision to Saint Francis (Pa.) Friday afternoon.

Saint Francis scored twice in the first half and once in the second half to pick up the win against the Colonials. Stephanie Seeley (Louisville, Ky. / Ballard) made two saves in net and got two defensive saves, one from Anna Miller (Louisville, Ky. / Ballard) and one from Alicia Straining (Harrisburg, Pa. / Central Dauphin) but it was not enough to stop the Red Flash.

After falling behind in the first half, Robert Morris put together a solid second half attack. The Colonials got four shots in the second half and six penalty corners.

Robert Morris returns to action at noon Sunday against Northeast Conference leader Monmouth in West Long Branch, N.J.
