The Robert Morris University Colonials (18-7, 13-1) can secure the top seed in the Northeast Conference Tournament with a win over Sacred Heart (18-7, 11-3) this Thursday, February 18, at the Charles L. Sewall Center. The Colonials hold a two-game lead in the conference over the second-place Pioneers. Robert Morris has never been the top-seed in the conference tournament, sharing regular seaosn titles in 2007 and 2008. The Pioneers suffered a pair of setback at home against Long Island and St. Francis (N.Y.) last weekend, falling out of a first-place tie with the Colonials.

Fifth Straight With Six Straight
The Colonials are in the midst of an eight-game win streak, the fifth straight season that Robert Morris has had at least a six-game win streak. RMU won a team-record 17 consecutive games in 2007-08 and also set the team mark for consecutive road wins at eight.
Scouting the Pioneers
The Pioneers lost two homes game last weekend, slipping to 18-7 overall and 11-3 in the Northeast Conference. Sacred Heart averages 64.2 points per game, shooting 41.9 percent and 40.2 percent from three-point range.
