Women?s Lacrosse Completes Staff with Eldridge

Moon Township, Pa. - Robert Morris University head women's lacrosse coach Katy Phillips announced Tuesday the hiring of Kimberly Eldridge as an assistant coach.

"I am really excited about the addition of Kim to our staff," Phillips said. "She brings a tremendous amount of experience to the table in all areas and will help take our team to the next level."    

Eldridge brings more than a decade of college coaching experience to the Robert Morris staff. She served as an assistant at Randolph-Macon College at the division III level before heading to James Madison to work with its nationally ranked team. While at James Madison, Eldridge earned a master degree. Following her two-year stint with James Madison, Eldridge became the first head coach of Duquesne's women's lacrosse program. In her first season as head coach, she earned Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Coach of the Year honors. After moving to the Atlantic 10 Conference, Eldridge led Duquesne to two regular season titles and earned two conference coach of the year honors. Under her guidance, Duquesne posted an overall record of 87-62.     

Eldridge graduated with a degree in marketing from the College of William and Mary and holds a masters degree from James Madison University in Athletic Administration.
