Moon Township, Pa. - Robert Morris men's and women's ice hockey season tickets for 2012-2013 are available now for purchase through the Robert Morris Athletics Ticket Office.
The best way to experience RMU men's ice hockey is with a reserved season ticket. For just $110, fans can reserve the best seats available for the entire 15-game home schedule at the RMU Island Sports Center. To view the location of reserved seating at 84 Lumber Arena, click here. General admission season tickets are also available for RMU men's and women's ice hockey. General admission season tickets are $90 for adults, and $55 for children (ages 8 and under), seniors (ages 65 and older) and military with a valid ID.
The men's ice hockey season is highlighted by an exciting 15-game schedule at 84 Lumber Arena. The Colonials will take on Air Force, RIT and in state rival Mercyhurst in Atlantic Hockey Association play. The season will also mark the Colonials' first game in the 84 Lumber Arena with Ohio State. The season opens on Sunday, October 7, when the Colonials take on Wilfred Laurier. The puck drops at 7:05 for all games.
Coming off its first ever College Hockey America championship and a program-record 19 wins, the 2012-2013 women's ice hockey season will feature several home contests. Highlighting the season will be the first meeting with Mercyhurst since the Colonials dethroned the nine-time defending champion Lakers in the CHA Championship last March. RMU will also host Penn State. On Friday, September 28, the Colonials open their season by hosting Guelph at 7:30 p.m.
Season ticket packages do not include tickets to the Pittsburgh College Hockey Invitational at CONSOL Energy Center on December 28 and 29. The invitational will feature Robert Morris, Miami (Ohio), Penn State and Ohio State. Ticketing information for the Pittsburgh College Hockey Invitational will be announced at a later date, and all tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster.com.
Men's and women's ice hockey single game tickets can be purchased for just $8. Youth (ages 8 and under), seniors (ages 65 and older), and military with a valid ID may purchase single game tickets for only $4. All Robert Morris students, faculty and staff receive FREE admission with a valid RMU ID.
