Derek Schooley Show is back on the radio airwaves Tuesday nights on ESPN Pittsburgh. Robert Morris University men's hockey head coach
Derek Schooley joins Radio Commentator Mike Prisuta for an hourlong show discussing all things Colonials hockey.
The
Derek Schooley Show takes place on Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:00pm at
The Hangar in Moon (
500 Flaugherty Run Road in Coraopolis). Fans can listen to the show live at The Hangar plus enter to win tickets, prizes and more throughout the season. The radio show is broadcast on ESPN Pittsburgh 970 AM and 106.3 FM as well as
online with iHeart Radio and on
ESPN Pittsburgh's website.
NOTE: Until the Pittsburgh Steelers season concludes, the show will be broadcast online on
ESPN Pittsburgh's website only, due to overlapping Steelers programming.
The Colonials are in second place in Atlantic Hockey and are receiving votes in the USCHO.com Poll, posting a 13-6-3 record that includes a pair of wins over ranked foes (#11 Ohio State, #14 Quinnipiac). Coach Schooley captured the program's 200th win in the first half of the season.

Brady Ferguson is fourth in the NCAA in scoring with 35 points on 14 goals and 21 assists this season, with linemates senior
Daniel Leavens (10th, 30 points) and sophomore
Alex Tonge (16th, 25 points) not far behind. The trio make up the top three scorers in Atlantic Hockey.
Freshman goaltender Marotte leads the NCAA in save percentage with a .947 mark, boasting the third-best goals-against average with a 1.71 GAA. Marotte has an 11-3-2 record and posted two shutouts in his last four games.
Sophomore defenseman
Eric Israel is fourth in the NCAA in scoring among defenseman with 20 points on seven goals and 13 assists, and is tied for sixth in the conference in blocks with 37. Senior defenseman
Rob Mann also has 37 blocked shots, behind teammate
Alex Bontje's 39, fourth-best in Atlantic Hockey.
Robert Morris (13-6-3, 9-5-2 AHC) is in second place in Atlantic Hockey with 20 points, trailing first place Air Force by one point. The Colonials are off on a bye week but return to action on Friday, January 20th and Saturday, January 21st, for a two-game home series against Air Force, both games at 7:05pm at 84 Lumber Arena at the RMU Island Sports Center on Neville Island.
