Pittsburgh, Pa. – The No. 9
Robert Morris University women's hockey team wraps up the regular season slate with a road trip to Lindenwood for a two-game series on Friday, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. (EST) and Saturday, Feb. 25 at 2 p.m. (EST) in Lindenwood Ice Arena.
Robert Morris (20-4-6, 13-3-2 CHA) reached the 20-win plateau for the second time in program history with a 2-0 shutout victory over Penn State on Senior Day following a 3-2 loss to the Nittany Lions Friday evening.
Lindenwood (5-22-2, 3-14-1 CHA) enters the series on a nine-game losing skid. The last time the Lions earned a victory was against RMU on Jan. 13 in 84 Lumber Arena.

Robert Morris is 19-7-1 all-time against Lindenwood. Earlier this season, the Colonials split their home series against the Lions, with a 2-1 loss Friday, and a 5-2 victory Saturday.
Key Notes
The Colonials have an opportunity to clinch their first-ever regular-season CHA title in program history. If Robert Morris keeps pace with or comes out of the weekend with a better record than Syracuse in its series at Penn State, the Colonials will secure their first-ever CHA Regular Season Championship.
The Colonials currently lead the CHA standings by two points, ahead of Syracuse (13-12-5, 12-4-2) and Mercyhurst (13-17-2, 9-8-1).

Robert Morris continues to earn top-10 recognition nationally at No. 9 in the USCHO.com Poll and the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Poll. They are ranked ninth in the Women's Division I PairWise Rankings, a system that attempts to mimic the method used by the NCAA Selection Committee to determine participants for the NCAA Division I women's hockey tournament.

RMU ranks second in the nation in penalty kills (147), fifth in power-play goals (28), eighth in goals per game (3.23), ninth in goal margin per game (+1.07), and tenth in goal margin (+32).

Jaycee Gebhard was named CHA Rookie of the Month for January. She leads the league in goals (20), goals per game (0.67), power-play goals (nine), power-play points (16), plus-rating (+36), and plus-minus (+18). Gebhard paces the nation in power-play goals and points per game among rookies (1.37).

Maggie LaGue is tied for second in the nation power-play assists (11) and tied for eighth in power-play points (13). She ranks tied for fifth in points per game among defensemen (0.70) with fellow sophomore defenseman

The 2017 squad improved to second place all time in wins (20) in a season in RMU lore. They are one conference victory from becoming the winningest team in CHA contests in program history. The 2013-14 squad currently holds the record with 13 league victories.

The Colonials secured a first-round bye in the 2017 CHA Tournament. The
